Project Management

Williams Development & Construction, Inc.'s Project Managers
report to the client and the design team and coordinate all
construction related activities on the project. The Project
Manager is responsible for bringing together all pieces of the
project and orchestrating their performance. Williams
Development & Construction, Inc. Project Managers have direct
experience in fieldwork and estimating. Their hands-on knowledge of every
aspect of a construction project and their
rounded exposure to all types of construction work brings an
additional dimension of professional competence to every job
built by Williams Development & Construction, Inc.
Field Supervision

Williams Development & Construction, Inc. provides field
staffing to meet the individual project requirements. Where
merited by the scope of the project Field Managers and Assistant
Superintendents support the Project Superintendent. Individual
superintendents report to a general superintendent who monitors
their field performance and provides them with on-going
management support. The superintendents, field managers, and
general superintendent coordinate their efforts daily with the
Williams Development & Construction, Inc. Project Manager.
Weekly meetings with all subcontractors and weekly meetings
with the owner, architect, and engineers are utilized to insure
adherence to the schedule and quality control.
